We are looking for a Freelance Partnerships Coordinator to assist our Partnerships team, working directly with our Wholesale Project Manager. This person will have experience in wholesale, meticulous attention to detail, and a love for working alongside a sales, planning, and operations team and with retail partners and distributors.
As a Freelance Partnerships Coordinator at Thinx, Inc., you’ll be working with a team that is growing quickly. You will be involved in all aspects of the on-boarding, launch and growth process with a variety of retail and brand partners from around the world while working cross-functionally with many departments within the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a variety of internal wholesale documents ensuring cross-functional partners are updated with PO detail, ship dates, shipping requirements, pricing, and product availability across all warehouses.
- Assist sales team in on-boarding and ongoing maintenance processes for partners; synthesizing vendor routing guides, liaising with legal to get agreements signed, managing and updating 3rd party portal systems, troubleshooting any discrepancies and communicate with client teams as needed.
- Track all samples and purchase orders to ensure adherence to retailer expectations and cancel dates.
- Assist VP and sales team with special projects and daily maintenance of department
- Work directly with retail partners and internal cross-functional teams to effectively communicate changes and provide visibility.
- Maintain pricing sheets.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience within a Wholesale sales team
