Now is the time for us to find our Purchasing, Production and Logistics director. We are looking for someone who knows how to build a service from scratch, structure, optimize and go very, very quickly!

Your mission: To set up an organization capable of developing, producing and delivering the best products for our customers; as quickly and efficiently as possible while keeping pace with increasing growth.

The team that you will be responsible for consolidating plays an absolutely key role at FEMPO: that of delivering the products that our community expects by optimizing the famous triptych: quality, costs, deadlines.

Your first goals and thanks to your team:

  • Products and purchases => Over the coming year: Find and surround yourself with the best factories by negotiating the best conditions. Ensure a growing and adjusted supply (without disruption and without over-storage) to follow the hyper-growth of the company.
  • Products and purchases => Within 6 months: have secured our stock of factories and raw material suppliers by doubling the number of our partners.
  • Products and purchases => Within 9 months: having reduced product development time and the launch of a first production by half while maintaining our quality standards.
  • Logistics => Within 3 months: in conjunction with the logistics manager, have secured the pain points linked to shipments.
  • Logistics => Within 4 months: have optimized our storage room as well as all of our reception and stock management processes and methods in conjunction with the logistics manager.
  • Transverse: Within 6 months: have drawn up specifications for the production / logistics part with a view to deploying a scalable ERP across all departments.
  • Transverse: Over the next 6 months: be able to manage the logistics manager and her team as well as the purchasing / product team and have carried out 1 to 2 key recruitments to expand the teams.
Required profile

  • You have 3 years of experience or more in a similar position with a B2C brand
  • You are very responsive and structured
  • You have a strategic, transversal vision and know how to find the perfect balance between short-term and long-term objectives
  • You know your sector very well
  • You have already worked for a hyper-growing brand
  • When things get stuck, you always imagine a new way to achieve the goals set
  • You are a very good recruiter and manager
  • You know how to build processes and structure a service
  • You collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative information
  • Your French & English are common and maybe you even speak other languages!
