Period-Proof Underwear

Thinx, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Healthcare Consultant, who is passionate about women’s health and helping us expand our family of brands within the healthcare field. This role will be responsible for building a testable and scalable sales and customer acquisition strategy within the sector; targeting hospitals, IDNs, clinics, doctors’ offices, birthing centers, and healthcare professionals for free trials, sampling, sales, and brand awareness functions.

Responsibilities

  • Build strategy to market Icon, Thinx, and Thinx BTWN including, but not limited to, doctors, ob/gyn, pediatricians, doulas, female-focused and fertility clinics, relevant conferences, health fairs and other healthcare industry events
  • Set specific test and scalable growth plans across all the identified tactics including but not limited to sales, new customer acquisition, and sampling/free trial
  • Research and inform the team about the activities of health services with doctors, ob/gyn, pediatricians, doulas, female-focused and fertility clinics
  • Effectively build a call/meeting/visit plan and cadence with varying customer reach and frequency requirements for sales team to deploy
  • Research and build strategy around further expansion in medically adjacent fields, such as military, peace officers, nurse associations, specialty organizations
  • Liaise with internal creative team to design and build presentations for the sales team to pitch to doctors, practice staff and nurses, ensuring we are communicating the technical medical specs in the most effective way to these audiences
  • Provide competitive pricing data and bundling arrangements in order to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products
  • Design product demonstrations to deploy at relevant conferences, health fairs and other healthcare industry events
  • Build scalable process for training, collateral, and set-up of product with the client/ customer

Requirements

  • Previous pharmaceutical or medical sales experience in the realm of women’s health field
  • Proven experience as consultant
  • Highly committed, competitive and goal-driven professional
  • Demonstrated track record of building sales strategies and teams in the pharmaceutical field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop and execute innovative approaches to selling products and services
  • You are passionate about women’s health

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience
  • Is viewed as “expert” in their technical ability and is looked to in training others
  • Previous supervisory and client/project management experience preferred
