You are someone who is ruthless when it comes to efficiency, super detail oriented, and passionate about strategy. You have thought about building a company of your own and want to acquire the skills to accomplish that goal in the future. You have excellent communication skills and a desire to jump in and take charge.
You will be working directly with the COO over the duration of the internship.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- -Working with the customer experience team to address customer service concerns and complaints
- -Assisting with expediting open orders
- -Resolving issues with the warehouse customer service team
- -Assisting with receiving
- -Inventory re-orders
- -Special projects
MUST HAVES
The ideal candidate for this role is a junior or senior at a university with an interest in startups and a passion for health and sexual wellness.
