DotLab is a personalized medicine company focused on women’s health and is starting with the development of a cutting-edge molecular diagnostic test for endometriosis. Ten percent of women of child-bearing age suffer from this debilitating disease, which takes an average of a decade to diagnose. We’re looking to change that.
We’re hiring a business operations team member to drive business growth and execute on DotLab’s strategic initiatives. While much of the approach to endometriosis is marred by complexity and misinformation, we’re looking for someone who is excited to significantly improve the journey and make a lasting impact in women’s health.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work cross-functionally to identify key metrics and recommend actions for streamlining operations
- Report to the CEO
- Lead the internal implementation of operational improvements and processes
- Develop and maintain financial models, including revenue, expenses, and scenario modeling
- Oversee budget performance management
- Lead strategic projects and perform analyses to drive major decisions for the company
- Provide support on key HR initiatives, from recruiting to benefits management
REQUIREMENTS
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to translate data into compelling slides
- Top-tier investment banking experience is a plus
- Healthcare consulting experience is a plus
- Startup experience is a plus
