DotLab is a personalized medicine company focused on women’s health and is starting with the development of a cutting-edge molecular diagnostic test for endometriosis. Ten percent of women of child-bearing age suffer from this debilitating disease, which takes an average of a decade to diagnose. We’re looking to change that.
DotLab is hiring a VP Marketing to reimagine the experience of physicians and patients in women’s health. While much of today’s approach to endometriosis is marred by complexity and misinformation, we’re looking for someone who is excited to significantly improve the patient and physician journeys and make a lasting impact in women’s health. The ideal candidate has deep experience in diagnostics.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Lead all marketing initiatives at DotLab
  • Drive strategy and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the development of effective marketing messages for all physician segments
  • Engage KOLs and patient advocacy groups to drive physician adoption
  • Develop and implement strategy for scientific conferences and meetings
  • Manage Digital Marketing Lead and Product Marketing Lead
REQUIREMENTS 
  • Senior healthcare marketing executive with experience at a diagnostics startup
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excited to think creatively and solve complex problems
  • Product launch experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • PhD or MD a plus
  • Preference for candidates located in SF Bay Area or NYC, though role can be largely remote in light of COVID-19
