DotLab, a personalized medicine company focused on women’s health, is looking for an outstanding team member to support the development of our cutting-edge molecular diagnostic test for endometriosis. Ten percent of women of child-bearing age suffer from this debilitating disease, which can take up to ten years to diagnose today. We’re looking to change that.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical operations team
  • Assist in preparing documents for submission to Institutional Review Boards for review and approval
  • Collect and correctly file, archive and maintain clinical trial documents in the electronic Trial Master File system
  • Assist with the organization, management and conduct of internal team meetings, investigator meetings and other trial-specific meetings
  • Manage all operational aspects of supplying materials to clinical sites
  • Assist in preparation of clinical trial documents including regulatory document templates, regulatory site binders, communications and presentations
  • Track and process site payments and vendor invoices
  • Provide support to cross functional teams as needed (e.g. Marketing, R&D, Quality, etc.)
  • Assist in management of general office administrative tasks
What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or business preferred
  • Basic knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH/GCP guidelines or 1+ years CTA/CPA/admin experience in life sciences company preferred
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Energetic and creative self-starter with experience in a small or startup environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with administrative work (strong attention to detail, organizational and time-management skills)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google suite, eTMF/CTMS, payment tracking systems
