LOLA is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will guide communication strategy and launch marketing campaigns in order to foster the adoption of LOLA.

You are a seasoned B2C lifecycle marketing manager with a track record for creating user-centric, multi-channel engagement campaigns proven to drive activation, improve retention, and ultimately lifting LTV.

You will be an in-house expert responsible for bringing marketing campaigns to life and upholding processes to ensure optimal delivery and compliance. You will also identify key segments for nurturing and continuously A/B test campaigns in order to produce incremental gains in activation, retention, and churn reduction.

  • Metrics Driven: With a testing mindset focused on performance, subscriber conversion, and increasing AOV and LTV.
  • Being User-Centric: Implementing well thought out strategic touchpoints that users find valuable and want to click.
  • Adding Value: Through email programs support users to make managing their LOLA subscription easy, make well-informed decisions, and provide value to earn trust.

Who you are

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing with at least 2-3 years focused, email marketing, retention, and/or lifecycle
  • Proficient in marketing automation strategy and tools, such as Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, as well as more turn-key platforms like SendGrid, MailChimp, Constant Contact
  • D2C and/or Shopify e-commerce experience, with the understanding of subscription businesses
  • Track record of driving measurable revenue, AOV, and LTV via email, push notifications and SMS
  • Extremely strong communicator with the ability to take direction from multiple internal departments
  • Ability to run A/B tests, analyze and interpret data, and use tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Periscope, Tableau, and SQL
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to own a campaign from start to finish and ensure accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer insights and writing skills to create high-converting campaigns that equally remain on-brand and on-message
  • Proficient in HTML & CSS
  • Experience with D2C referral programs and you’ll steal our hearts
