About the Role
The Compliance Administrator is an entry-level position for someone who has a keen interest in health care compliance. In this position you will learn the frameworks governing health care IT – both HIPAA and HITRUST. The cross functional nature of this role will provide the opportunity to work across departments within Wildflower, as
well as work with the leading health care organizations that have adopted Wildflower technologies. Wildflower is seeking only local candidates able to work in San Francisco.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Wildflower Health compliance software.
• Manage all Wildflower Health compliance reporting.
• Partner with Wildflower team for Security Audits
• Partner with Wildflower team on all with Security Reviews
• Manage Wildflower Policies and Procedures documents
Ideal Candidate
• Strong interest in health care compliance, experience a plus
• Skilled at working with data –identifying insights and building successful
marketing programs based on learnings
• Ability to learn new skills and technologies
• Comfort with iterative, trial and error efforts and a willingness to be fluid.
• Ability to prioritize and work efficiently and effectively in the face of competing demands on your time
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
• Accountable, proactive and thoughtful with high attention to detail and strong strategic problem solving capability
