We are looking for an experienced sales manager based in the United States. The main purpose of the sales manager role is to develop all sales activity in an assigned market with the primary focus on new business accounts. This position will maximize growth and sales volumes in line with company vision and values.

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Evaluate the commercial performance of the assigned market and accounts.
  • Ensure target levels of sell-in and sell-thru according to department sales goals.
  • Prospect clients that meet the Company’s distribution criteria.
  • Build out accounts, buyers, distributors and outside sales.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization.
  • Foster and partake in teamwork and high-level communications between internal departments (I.e. Sales, Marketing, Product).
  • Develop business plans, sales strategies & processes.
  • Initiate and develop action plans in new markets.
  • Interact with the product team by identifying and addressing trends for product development and needs within the market.
  • Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Candidate experience must include:

  • At least 3-5 years sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent/relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Google suite and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • General knowledge and working proficiency within varied CRM and POS systems (Cin7, Zendesk, Shopify, Magento, RetailPro, NCR etc.).
  • Experience in managing defined Sales Processes and Sales Metrics.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to attend trade shows and sales meetings including weekends (up to 40% and as needed).
  • Must live within 30 miles of an international airport.
  • Valid and up-to-date government issued passports and driver’s license.
  • Well maintained and presentable demeanor.
