Inception is the leading provider of fertility care in the nation and we are inspiring hope and building beautiful families across our national network of fertility clinics.  We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team to help develop and deploy a comprehensive suite of digital marketing services aimed at helping people access fertility care.  This role will be a key part of our growth strategy and contribute directly to the success of the organization.  In this role, you will take part in driving the digital consumer journey from start to finish through a suite of marketing tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the organization’s digital presence in and across digital platforms, websites and social media products
  • Work to build brand awareness, engagement and conversions, and manage a complex ecosystem of channels, including corporate and practice level websites, social media, organic (SEO) and paid search (SEM), paid display, social, blogs, email and more
  • Manage key performance indicators using data from multiple sources and recommend changes for performance improvement
  • Partner with corporate communications, Practice managers, field sales and marketing, IT and service line leadership, as well as external advertising and creative agencies as needed
  • Complete monthly status reporting and planning for digital channels, implement strategies to drive online traffic to various digital channels, and evaluate end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and touch points using data/analytics
  • Assess and launch emerging media strategies; evaluate consumer research, market conditions and competitor data; keep the organization up to date on new developments in digital/new technologies; and operationalize complex consumer experiences in the digital space.
  • Support organizational goals by providing best in class customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts, and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Systems or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Experience in leveraging web and digital channels to drive marketing success and business growth
  • Minimum of 2 years’ broad marketing experience in digital marketing, website UX/UI, CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) tool development and implementation and social media roles
  • Up-to-date knowledge of and expertise in digital tools and techniques
  • Experience with WordPress, Wagtail, Joomla! or similar back end CMS system management and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO/SEM strategies
  • Experience in developing and executing email, push, and SMS campaigns, including audience building, message design (including dynamic content), A/B tests, scheduling, and reporting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas and Technologies
  • Healthcare knowledge and experience preferred, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and engagement
