Description

Responsible for development, coordination and implementation of marketing initiatives designed to protect and enhance the Company’s profile and reputation in the community. Marketing Manager will utilize various tools in order to increase referrals for the IVF Laboratory and Surgery Center. Through direction from senior management and collaboration with our public relations team the Marketing Manager will develop and manage communications internally and externally that will bring definition to the quality and value which represent Vivere Health.

Duties:

Propose a local advertising plan and work with established creative resources to develop promotional materials to market Vivere Health through relationship development with local referral sources and direct to consumer advertising

  • The Marketing Manager will develop a marketing plan for their assigned center with regard to the overall goals and efforts of the company. This plan should include budgets, forecasts, return on investment projections and a plan of execution
  • Identify referral sources for the market and establish and maintain relationships with those sources
  • Identify, coordinate and attend networking events within the industry
  • Identify and establish metrics and measures of success for all local marketing efforts, creating a metrics dashboard to report outcomes on a periodically
  • Budget marketing expenses allocated to the assigned center
  • Submit budget reports as directed by supervisor
  • Identify and monitor competitor activities and efforts within the area
  • Continue to update knowledge of Vivere Health and fertility industry to aid in Marketing efforts
  • Identify areas for improvement or optimization
  • Communicates with media on behalf of designated facility and/or  manages interaction for surgery center staff  including press releases, communication with media
  • Collects and develops fresh content for publication on company websites and additional social media outlets
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality with superior oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, taking initiative and meeting objectives
  • Ability to effectively coordinate personal job duties, with the duties/scheduling of others and adapt to changes in a manner that promotes customer service and commitment to the highest quality of care
  • Previous experience managing a budget and reporting
  • Proficient use of PowerPoint; Word; Outlook and Excel

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related field
  • Previous experience with direct to consumer marketing in the healthcare environment preferred
  • Previous experience in the fertility industry and/or interfacing with OB/GYNs preferred
