The Director of Marketing will be responsible to lead the successful development, and implementation of a fully integrated digital and traditional marketing branding strategy in each of the Company’s fertility services companies including the Prelude Network local markets.  Marketing initiatives will be designed in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) to enhance the Company’s profile and reputation resulting in increased revenue for each business and marketplace.  The Director of Marketing reports to the COO and works closely with the Director of Sales in support of the Inception family of companies to drive company growth, consumer/brand awareness both nationally and locally.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Review, create and enhance the organization’s digital presence in and across digital platforms, websites and social media products
  • Lead and implement initiatives to build brand awareness, engagement and conversions, and manage a complex ecosystem of channels, including corporate and practice level websites, social media, organic (SEO) and paid search (SEM), paid display, social, blogs, email and more
  • Identify and manage key performance indicators using data from multiple sources and recommend changes for performance improvement
  • Partner with operations, sales, IT and service line leadership to understand changing market dynamics and deliver innovative programs that support company objectives
  • Complete monthly status reporting and planning for digital channels, implement strategies to drive online traffic to various digital channels, and evaluate end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and touch points using data/analytics
  • Assess and launch emerging media strategies; evaluate consumer research, market conditions and competitor data; keep the organization up to date on new developments in digital/new technologies; and operationalize complex consumer experiences in the digital space.
  • Supervise local digital marketing team direct report, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and deadlines; provide guidance and feedback for ongoing professional growth and development.
  • Work closely with COO to define marketing materials and programs.
  • Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
  • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects.
  • Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience with direct to consumer marketing in the healthcare environment preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the fertility industry and/or interfacing with OB/GYNs preferred
