ROLE SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the Director of Supply Chain will have responsibility for end-to-end supply chain planning and execution across the entire Everlywell product portfolio, including supply & production planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics. Working closely with management, this person will build out the supply chain team, processes, systems, and partnerships necessary to support an aggressively growing business.
The ideal candidate will think strategically, problem-solve systematically, and execute at the highest level. With a relentless focus on operational efficiency, this person will use their deep supply chain management expertise to position the company’s manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics operations for scale.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including planning, sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics
  • Develop and drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to create a transparent and competitively advantaged supply chain
  • Collaborate with leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners to launch and scale new products, enter new markets, and support new customer types
  • Design, implement, and optimize internal structure and processes to achieve company goals
  • Actively seek supply chain improvement and cost saving opportunities
  • Manage 3PL vendor relationships and performance
  • Proactively identify and address supply chain risks, and ensure the prompt resolution of issues
  • Recruit, develop, motivate, and retain a world-class team
Who You Are:
  • 8-12+ years supply chain management or related experience, with at least 5 years of people management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, math, statistics, business administration, or equivalent; master’s degree a plus
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain management
  • Demonstrated experience successfully building and scaling systems, processes, and teams for rapid growth
  • Previous experience managing relationships and performance with 3PL vendors
  • Detail-obsessed and process-oriented, with strong analytical skills
  • Makes data-driven decisions; proficient in data processing/modeling (Excel, SQL, etc.) for measuring and improving key business metrics
  • Exceptional communication skills; demonstrated ability to present and influence effectively at all levels of an organization
  • An entrepreneurial self-starter that’s willing to dive in, do the dirty work, and GSD (Get Stuff Done)
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
