Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to accelerate growth with our Enterprise customers. Reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Strategy and Solutions, will be responsible for outbound sales and marketing to set meetings for the sales team and to qualify inbound leads. You’ve successfully developed and driven B2B outbound call and email campaigns for fast scaling start-ups, ideally in the healthcare industry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You naturally blend strategic thinking and executional ability across a variety of channels and tactics. You will join a team of passionate and mission-driven sales professionals striving to make lab testing affordable and accessible for everyone.

What You’ll Do

  • Working closely with the sales team, you will execute on outbound sales campaigns through phone, email and LinkedIn. Prospective targets will be high-level executives within employers and healthcare organizations.
  • Must have clear, proven ability to get meetings with large complex organizations, exceed sales goals and work well with internal stakeholders
  • This is a new function within the organization so you will collaborate with leaders in sales and marketing to articulate your needs for outbound campaigns and communicate barriers or dependencies
  • Document all associated sales activities, including all steps in the partnerships & sales lifecycle, within the company’s CRM
  • Use Pardot, Hubspot or a similar tool to manage your campaigns
  • Provide weekly and monthly executive reports on deal status and activity, along with suggestions on improvements
  • Must be willing to roll up sleeves and execute in a scrappy and at times ambiguous environment while maintaining flexibility based upon company goals, growth objectives, and culture
Your Education And Experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota in a complex sale environment
  • Healthcare experience
  • Demonstrable competency in SDR processes and best practices
  • Resilient with the ability to constructively work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to create a successful outbound strategy and execute on the plan
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to contribute to team
    culture
  • Experience managing a small team of SDR’s
  • Analytical/data-driven coupled with creative problem solving
  • Ability to represent the company with external constituents
