ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a seasoned marketing manager to accelerate our new customer acquisition growth through channel ownership, execution, and optimization. You will own seven-figure budgets monthly across multiple channels including social, podcast, and direct mail. You will work with cross channel stakeholders to analyze performance within these channels, as well as in the context of our entire channel mix to drive growth and unit economics goals.
What you will do:
● Develop scalable strategies and execution of customer acquisition through multiple channels namely Social, Podcast, and Direct Mail.
● Own testing, optimizing, and scaling a 7 figure monthly budget on social.
● Manage our partner agencies who assist in buying our Direct Mail and Podcast media.
● Execute planning, testing, media buying, and optimization on a day in/day-out basis.
● Run attribution analyses with our data team to understand true cost and incrementality of your channels.
● Identify new audiences through partnering with research as well as mining our internal data, with the goal of diversifying and growing our audiences.
● Deliver actionable insights across your channels.
● Run a testing roadmap in partnership with our brand and performance team, as well as leveraging outsourced creative agencies.

● You are analytical. You know how to surface, analyze and action data to make quick and effective decisions.
● You have a biased toward action. You thrive off of ownership and driving results and growth.
● 5+ years in customer acquisition, preferably for direct to consumer/eCommerce companies and running both traditional media and new media.
● A deep understanding of performance marketing, creative testing and analytics.
● Understanding of different audiences and typical consumer affinities and behaviors associated with those audiences.
● Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and execute to address critical issues.
● Hungry to manage customer acquisition across multiple channels and continually test, learn and optimize.
