ROLE SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Marketing Manager to accelerate growth with our Enterprise customers. This role will be responsible for further defining our product positioning, driving demand, and ultimately achieving our revenue targets. You’ve successfully developed and driven B2B marketing programs for fast scaling start-ups, ideally in the healthcare industry, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You naturally blend strategic thinking and executional ability across a variety of channels and tactics. As the first Enterprise Marketer Manager at Everlywell, you will join a team of passionate and mission-driven marketers striving to make lab testing affordable and accessible for everyone. This role reports to the CMO.

What you will do:

  • Own a number that supports the revenue goals for the company
  • Develop customer personas and appropriate messaging and content to reach those targets and achieve desired results across all channels and mediums
  • Own go-to-market efforts across brand, multi-channel demand generation, and product marketing
  • Build a broad range of content and experiences that support our go-to-market strategy and integrated campaigns
  • Track the performance of marketing programs. Establish and continuously optimize metrics to increase ROI
  • Collaborate with our Sales and Accounts teams to produce new leads, create awareness, and enhance business outcomes
Who are you:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare organization or marketing agency, with cross-channel marketing program ownership including paid digital, email, SEO/SEM, and content marketing
  • Energized by a fast-pace, high-growth, rapidly changing environment full of new challenges
  • You are outcome-oriented and a self-starter with demonstrated ability to think strategically, see the big picture, and launch innovative solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to create client worthy presentations with minimal support
  • Proven ability to juggle many tasks, move forward in ambiguous situations, and adhere to deadlines in a dynamic, collaborative environment
