Preventive health clinic Biograph has launched its Women’s Health Program to offer comprehensive care spanning women’s reproductive and hormonal lifestages.

With clinics in New York City and the Bay Area, Biograph uses advanced diagnostics to create personalized, physician-led health care plans with ongoing monitoring. By bringing multiple specialties under one roof, the clinic aims to consolidate months of medical visits and referrals into a single appointment.

Available to Core and Black tier members, its Women’s Health Program begins with a female-specific health intake, hormone evaluation, and a comprehensive risk assessment. Based on each patient’s health history and goals, physicians create individualized plans spanning lifestyle habits, nutrition, exercise, and hormone health, and, when clinically appropriate, menopausal hormone therapy with clinician oversight.

As women’s health shifts from episodic care toward lifestage-based models, Biograph’s program examines how reproductive history, hormonal shifts, and lifestyle impact long-term health outcomes, including risk of cancer and cardiovascular, metabolic, bone, and cognitive disease.

“Women’s health is deeply interconnected, but the way we deliver care often isn’t,” said Dr. Yihan Chen, physician at Biograph. “A woman’s menstrual and reproductive history, her hormonal shifts through the menopause transition, her cardiovascular, metabolic, and bone health – these aren’t separate stories. They intersect in complex ways to shape her long-term health. Our Women’s Health Program brings these pieces together, combining advanced diagnostics with personalized clinical guidance to help women see the full picture and take proactive steps to improve both how they feel today and where their health is headed.”
