If you join us, you will face the following:
- create web interfaces for the Flo (Web Applications, Corporate Website, Landing Pages);
- create interfaces for Flo mobile app;
- create visuals for final mockups;
- support engineers by providing relevant specification of behavior;
- analyze together with a Product Manager new and existing solutions, work on improvements (via A/B testing);
- create, extend and support Flo’s Design System;
We expect that you have:
- experience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
- at least 5 years of work experience as a web designer which can be demonstrated by a strong portfolio;
- understanding of HTML/CSS layouts;
- skills in basics of composition and color science
- awareness of and ability to apply latest trends in web design;
- strive to deliver maximum result within existing requirements and limitations;
- good communication skills, ability to listen and to express one’s thoughts;
- prioritization skills.
Bonus if you have:
- skill to create interactive prototypes;
- experience in copywriting;
- experience in creation and support of Design Systems;
- basic knowledge of psychology and marketing;
- basic knowledge of Principle/Adobe After Effects;
