What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the global user acquisition for desktop, mobile web, and app products leveraging channels such as Search, Display, Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Remarketing
  • day-to-day performance of paid acquisition and retargeting channels for mobile app and web product;
  • ensuring marketing campaigns on Google Ads / Apple Search ads are driving high quality users efficiently, with a focus on high ROAS and scale;
  • collaborate with Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams to identify new optimization approaches, audience segments, and overall growth opportunities;
  • collaborate with Web platform team to generate ideas for  web landings production, user funnel improvement, etc.
  • partner with creative team to develop creative that will deliver the highest value on scale;
  • monitor, track and report key metrics.
What You’ll Need:
  • upper-intermediate or advanced English level;
  • 5+ years of performance marketing experience in a mobile app company / a digital marketing agency / B2B company / fintech ;
  • experience in web user acquisition would be a significant advantage;
  • experience running UA campaigns internationally;
  • demonstrated track record of executing paid acquisition campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, UAC);
  • experience in landing page production and running campaigns for web products/services.
  • understanding of performance marketing ROI and how to calculate user profitability;
  • solution-oriented and flexible – if there is a problem, you look for ways to fix it;
  • strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data;
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • good organizational skills, detail orientation, reporting and user-centric skills are crucial.
