We expect that you have:
- proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design (creating visual graphics for social networks is a plus);
- good knowledge of composition and color science, understanding of the latest trends in design;
- good knowledge of motion design software (Adobe After Effects or similar);
- good knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or similar) is a plus;
- motion design portfolio (including video graphics work) is a plus;
- strong communication skills with an ability to give constructive feedback, and work collaboratively in changing environment of a startup;
- ability to be proactive and take ownership of tasks with minimal oversight;
- flexibility to put in extra hours when necessary.
You will:
- create beautiful and eye-catching illustrations and graphics for in-app “Stories” format;
- create and apply graphics to videos in the area of women health and wellbeing;
- help Content Team visualize infographics, charts and animated content;
- evolve Flo design guidelines along with a team of Flo illustrators;
- share your experience with other creatives in the team.
