We’re looking for a talented and ambitious HR Director whose ultimate goal would be to turn Flo into one of the best places to work globally. At the moment the firm has 200 employees, planning to reach 400 within a couple of years.
Key responsibilities
- Restructuring of the HR function, implementing process-driven approach and best global practices
- Implementing HR analytics
- Increasing employee engagement
- Active involvement in re-design of the company’s organizational structure
- Acting as a trusted advisor of the company’s top-management, assisting with managing complex HR and managerial issues
Key requirements
- Managerial HR experience in companies with a well-developed, internationally oriented managerial style
- Prior experience in leading or active involvement in HR transformation
- Outstanding people skills
- Understanding of IT as an advantage
- Personality: self-starter, bar-raiser, able to work independently
- Fluent English
