We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our Tools Team. It is a business-critical team that builds internal tools that help our employees in efficient technical troubleshooting, automatic problem detection and content creation for the app. We are passionate about providing the best insights for our customer service experts and our customers through our tools and empower them to own their potential.
You will:
- Be in direct contact with our customer experience experts and enjoy a fast feedback loop for the products you help create
- Build backend services in a modern cloud environment with Python, REST and SQL
- Create data processing pipelines to support growing data needs
- Create tools for handling sensitive user data in secure manner
What you will bring to the team:
- Experience working with several AWS services and a focus for building the backend services
- Being the leading Python developer for your team
- Good architectural understanding with event driven architectures to help us scale along with our growing user base.
- Proficiency working with SQL and potential to take your skills large scale.
- A vision to automate technical troubleshooting and problem detection for our customers.
- Although not required, data engineering experience is a big plus
