Hertility has launched GYN-AI, a patent-pending AI diagnostic tool for fertility and gynecological conditions.

GYN-AI was trained on Hertility’s dataset including over one million Hertility Health Assessments and hundreds of thousands of blood test results. The model achieves 98-99% diagnostic precision across 18 fertility-related and gynecological conditions, according to the company.

When tested against clinicians, GYN-AI performed as well as or better in diagnostic accuracy. The tool reduces diagnosis times for some conditions from nine years to seven days, according to Hertility.

“I see this as a movement; and perhaps a moment of justice for women’s health,” said Dr. Helen O’Neill, founder and CEO of Hertility. “For too long, women have been dismissed, misdiagnosed, and left waiting years for answers about their own bodies. With GYN-AI, we are changing that forever. Every algorithm has been trained on the lived experiences, symptoms, and data of over a million women: women who deserved faster care, earlier intervention, and to be believed.”

GYN-AI integrates with Hertility’s clinical pathway, offering screening, diagnostic blood testing, ultrasound scanning, telemedicine, prescriptions, IVF, and egg freezing services.

“As a clinician, I have seen the damage that diagnostic delays cause physically, emotionally, and financially,” said Mr. Srdjan Saso, Consultant Gynaecologist at Hertility. “GYN-AI is truly revolutionary in medicine- it allows us to detect potential issues earlier and with greater precision than ever before, guiding women to the right care pathway faster. This technology does not replace doctors; it empowers them.”

Hertility provides preventative and personalized healthcare across women’s hormonal health through at-home diagnostic testing, telemedicine, treatments, and clinical services. The company focuses on reproductive health, fertility decline, and menopause diagnosis.
