DotLab is hiring a Business Development executive to drive and execute strategic partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Devise strategies for partnering with external organizations (e.g., distributors) through market and customer segmentation.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of partnerships and deal structures.
  • Source domestic and international partnership opportunities that drive product growth and adoption.
  • Cultivate long term professional relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Build alliance management processes and capabilities to implement governance structures once contracts are in place.
 REQUIREMENTS
  • 6+ years of experience working in business development (preferably in biopharma, medical devices, or diagnostics).
  • MBA and/or JD is a plus.
  • Proven track record of sourcing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to go deep on the science of our technical products in order to communicate with external stakeholders at the right level of detail.
  • Enthusiasm to work in startup environment.
