The B2B Marketing role is responsible for implementing the Ovia Health marketing strategy and messaging for Ovia’s Enterprise business unit, with a focus on account-based marketing to self-funded employers and health plans. The ideal candidate is an integrated marketing rockstar who is excited to contribute to many different aspects of marketing at Ovia. This role will also:

  • Lead integrated B2B marketing campaigns and programs to drive market credibility in the SaaS/Digital Health space and support Enterprise business results.
  • Own the Enterprise sales tool kit and continuously optimize and refresh content. Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communications including email, print, sales decks, blogs, talk tracks etc. to generate interaction and brand exposure in order to help Sales and Client Success teams meet annual goals/metrics established by the company.
  • Direct a scalable workflow of Enterprise marketing activities, by assigning job tasks, facilitating interdepartmental communications and managing internal communications with sales team.
  • In partnership with Clinical Research and Client Success teams, develop case studies, testimonials and clinical data references to support sales teams.
  • Support the year-long tradeshow and events strategy and execution.
  • Track and report on enrollment metrics in partnership with the Client Success team.
  • Stay up-to-date and share industry trends and news.
  • Identify, evaluate and choose outsourced vendors or partners as needed.

Requirements

This position will work closely with various groups within Ovia Health including Marketing Communications, Growth Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Clinical Research to ensure timely delivery of support tools for the Enterprise Business unit.

  • 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, specifically selling to self-funded employers and health plans
  • Experience in the SaaS Platform or Digital Health space required
  • Broad understanding of and experience developing messaging/integrated communications plans using a wide range of tactics (traditional, digital, social), with expertise in B2B strategic marketing.
  • Strong relationship management skills that are both collaborative and consultative with senior level executives, internal and external partners.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into sound strategies, campaigns and assets.
  • Strong business acumen, including business objectives, key competitors, market position, and distribution channels.
  • Detail driven, critical thinker and creative problem solver who can lead solutions that balance departmental needs with enterprise objectives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment where the priorities and requirements can vary greatly.
  • Open mind to other perspectives and the ability to gain support and buy-in from all levels of the company.
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with large health systems a plus
  • Sales experience a plus
