We are looking for an Associate Product Manager who is passionate about building products that women trust and love. The ideal candidate not only has the technical skills required for the job, but also brings empathy and compassion for the people and organizations we serve.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building use cases, requirements and user stories
- Researching market trends and competitors, and bringing findings back to the team
- Leading or participating in user research and testing
- Collaborating with Sales, Client Success, and Engineering Project Management to define requirements
- Owning development of new features from end to end – from crafting the requirements and user experience, through development and implementation
- Partnering with Marketing to ensure effective materials are created to support new features and product updates as needed
- Partnering with Client Success to ensure the member experience is understood and thoroughly documented across clients
- Owning member satisfaction strategy and reporting, and product-specific performance reporting
Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience on a product development team in a product management, design, engineering, or user research capacity
- Superior time management skills – you will be simultaneous managing multiple projects with both short and long deadlines
- Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to incorporate compassion and empathy into decision-making
