Pacify, a provider of doula-led maternity care solutions, has announced the launch of its new maternal health platform. The new service is focused on personalizing the patient experience for expecting and new parents through enhanced doula matching and care coordination support.
The platform aims to place Pacify members at the center of their pregnancy and postpartum journey, allowing them to customize their birthing experience. It includes features that connect patients directly with their doulas and provides support from International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certified lactation consultants. According to the company, the platform furthers its mission to streamline care and address common health barriers.
“Pacify is committed to providing a best-in-class experience to our members, and those that serve them. We’re continuously evolving to address the needs of the full ecosystem of maternal care; our members, doulas and their providers,” said Jennifer Sargent, CEO of Pacify.
The platform offers several key services, including expert birth planning guidance, prenatal support, and postpartum support with certified doulas, as well as 24/7 on-demand infant feeding support with lactation consultants. It boasts same-day availability, average response times of 3 minutes, and multi-lingual support.
“We’re excited to launch this new maternal health platform, because our new onboarding experience elevates our ability to match members with the doulas that best fit their individualized needs. Our new platform creates greater peace of mind for expecting and new parents, and gives doulas and lactation experts the tools they need to better serve them on a more personal level. Our enhanced platform optimizes the doula experience, addressing common pain points that often lead to doula burnout; by alleviating burdens from doulas, our members receive more attentive, personalized care. Birthing is an intimate experience and we’re proud to be harnessing the power of technology to build more meaningful doula-member relationships to drive better outcomes.”
