Program Manager

At Saral Designs, we are constantly on the mission of making better products for our customers. The Program Manager’s primary responsibilities are to lead and implement menstrual hygiene management programs, develop and maintain excellent partner relationships, collect data from the field and engage actively in increasing our outreach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective and efficient program monitoring; reporting processes are in place and implemented for all program activities
• Work with the program implementation team and partner organisations to ensure project is being implemented as per the Log Frame or Results Framework
• Ensure that lessons, learning and research around program quality is carried out and used for program quality improvement
• Lead the development, adaptation, testing and mainstreaming of best/good practices in needs assessment, project design, implementation, M&E, and research Skills Required
• Carry out baseline and end-line with the field staff for the projects undertaken by the organisation
• Data collection/data collection tools/data analysis

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to deliver clear, concise information to partners and team
• A user centric, empathetic, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset
• Enthusiastic to work on ground to gain maximum exposure and learning
• Willingness to travel
• MBA, MSW or equivalent (Preferable rural development) from a reputed institute
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in on-ground implementation in the social sector
