Help build the product design team to build the next generation of engaging, impactful online resources that have lasting positive impact on users.
The right candidate has:
– 8+ years of experience – working as an IC in user-centered website product design.
– A user empathy superpower – curiosity about the nuances of people’s motivations and tendencies and the ability to translate those into design solutions.
– Familiarity and fluency implementing web and app design, UX and UI and responsive web best practices.
– Familiarity and fluency with Sketch or similar web-design software and InVision or similar prototyping software.
– An appreciation for insights from user-testing, A/B testing and UX research.
– Self-directed follow through – capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities, creating and meeting deadlines.
– An interest in helping bringing on, building and leading a team of UX/UI designers and UX researchers.
