Maven is looking for a data-driven, senior marketer to establish and lead growth marketing. This role is ideal for a builder – someone who has established a growth marketing capability at a B2B growth stage company, and wants the opportunity to build and lead a new team at Maven. We are looking for someone who understands that growth marketing is fundamentally cross-functional, and will effectively collaborate across the Marketing and Sales teams using both data-led storytelling and analytical insights to propel Maven towards its revenue growth goals.

As Senior Director, Growth Marketing at Maven, you will:

  • Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to establish growth strategies to support Maven’s revenue goals
  • Analyze all aspects of Maven’s conversion funnel and identify the largest areas for improvement and implement strategies to capitalize on those opportunities
  • Develop paid marketing strategies and manage a team to execute against those strategies, including budget management and planning, channel allocation, and channel testing
  • Partner with the Content Marketing team to nurture leads and improve conversion rates for leads currently in the funnel
  • Work with the Data Team to build and maintain Marketing dashboards and reporting cadence
  • Build and lead a team of marketing and analytics professionals and enable them to grow their careers while driving towards Maven’s growth goals

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 6+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally at a startup
  • Samples and results of past growth marketing projects
  • Mastery of Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Looker (or equivalent tools)
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing paid marketing channels
  • Ability to influence and persuade
  • Passion for results, ability to move quickly to execute
  • Strong leadership skills and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while holding yourself and others accountable for deadlines and deliverables
