Maven is looking for an exceptional Associate, Provider Operations to manage the onboarding and success of Maven’s 1,600+ Provider network. As a key member of the team working alongside our Director of Provider Operations, you will be responsible for managing the Provider pipeline, onboarding new cohorts and setting Providers up for success once on the platform. As the voice of Maven to new Providers, you will also own our Provider Success efforts, responding to questions and interfacing with practitioners on a daily basis. We are therefore looking for someone that is passionate about healthcare with A+ communication, project management and interpersonal skills.

As an Associate, Provider Operations, you will:

  • Manage the Provider activation process, working with internal systems and stakeholders to fully vet applications
  • Continually look for opportunities to elevate Provider onboarding and training resources
  • Triage and escalate all questions submitted by our Providers, working closely with our Care Advocate team
  • Support Provider Success efforts, including regulatory compliance, reporting and mandatory filings
  • Support broader Provider Operations efforts as appropriate, spanning Provider Quality, Engagement, Supply Forecasting and Monitoring

You are a great fit if you

  • Have 1-3 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or a client-facing role
  • Working knowledge of healthcare provider types and basic industry understanding
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes and projects
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively synthesize and communicate findings in a structured, thoughtful manner
  • Comfort with core business tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic analysis
  • Team player that thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
