As the General Manager, Health Plans, you’ll play a crucial role in leading the launch of the health plan market across the organization. You will own and drive the go-to-market strategy, partnering with key stakeholders across clinical operations, sales, marketing, and product.  Informed by a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and digital health ecosystem, you know how to navigate health plans and will be integral to the growth of Maven’s business. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will build a small but highly strategic team to launch into new markets.

As the General Manager, Health Plans you will:

  • Be responsible for developing a go-to-market framework for the health plan space, including scoping product, assessing the competition and market segmentation, and revenue opportunities
  • Develop a coherent understanding of market opportunities, emerging customer needs, and the competitive landscape
  • Develop the end-to-end plan to efficiently launch and grow the health plan market, while leading and managing the complex cross-functional efforts
  • Create a path to understanding desirability, feasibility, and viability of new product efforts and solicit buy-in and resources again project plans
  • Drive Maven’s partnership strategy with health plans across multiple levels that results in unlocking new employer relationships
  • Own P&L of health plan market

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • Junior Partner / Principal or Senior Engagement Manager / Senior Project Lead role from a top-notch consulting firm and/or senior strategy & operations role at fast-growth tech company
  • Preferred MBA degree but not required
  • Extensive experience working within the healthcare space is required
  • Possess excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw insights, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Humble with ability and desire to roll up sleeves and be hands on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with executive management and influence cross-functional leadership to drive positive business outcomes
