Job Description
Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the expansion and maintenance of RTB auction advertising products, directly responsible for the performance results of the agents in charge
2. According to the company’s KPI, formulate and decompose task objectives to agents, and track and manage performance progress through sales management tools
3. Assist agents in setting up sales and operation teams, provide business training and team management support for agents, and continuously improve the professional service capabilities of agent teams
4. Pass the company’s sales policy and market management system accurately to agents, and do a good job of channel market management
5. Cooperate with agents, visit end customers, solve customer problems, and collect market product requirements
Job Requirements
Qualifications
1. College degree or above, 25-34 years old, 2 years working experience in bidding advertising channel;
2. Familiar with mobile Internet advertising and have sufficient experience in the performance advertiser industry
3. Strong teamwork spirit, organization and planning ability, logical thinking ability and communication ability, strong project management ability, planning ability and execution ability, sensitive to data and strong data analysis ability
