Job Description
Job responsibilities
Provide advertising operation support and coaching services to agents, improve the company’s advertiser retention rate and ARPU value, and achieve the company’s performance advertising product performance goals. include:
1. Daily operation services: Responsible for providing daily business consulting and problem handling services to agents. Collect customer feedback on performance advertising products and advertising systems and use problems, and promote continuous optimization of products to improve advertising products and services
2. Advertising effect optimization: Responsible for summarizing advertising effect (CTR, CPC, ROI) optimization methods for different industries, forming a constructive operating method (material optimization, copywriting optimization, targeted optimization, bid optimization …), counseling agents Operators provide optimized services to customers, improve customer delivery results, and ensure customer retention
3. Business data analysis: regularly synchronize business operation data with agents, track agent’s business operation indicators, conduct business analysis, customer operation analysis, and provide support for business decisions
4. Industry case summary and training: for different industries, responsible for industry case summary of effect advertising products, providing training and lectures to agency operators
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, 3 years or above experience in performance optimization of advertising agency or media company
2. Familiar with Internet effect advertising business process, proficient in account optimization; have strong data analysis ability, proficient in data analysis using excel;
3. Strong communication and coordination ability, good working attitude and innovative consciousness, strong resistance to stress
4. Strong self-motivation: good at learning and summarizing, can find and solve problems based on data details;
