Senior Test Development Engineer

1. According to the product architecture and business requirements, comprehensively grasp the functional and non-functional requirements of the product, design quality assurance and testing strategies for different products, and promote and implement the entire region;

2. Participate in the construction and planning of product system architecture, conduct risk assessment, solve design testability and ensure system stability;

3. Solve the complex technical problems in the testing process, can find the efficiency improvement points in the work, and carry out innovations in testing tools, testing technology, testing platforms, product development and testing processes, and improve testing efficiency;

4. Based on industry development trends, formulate appropriate quality technology development plans, promote the improvement of team quality assurance efficiency and team skills, and guide the development direction of team testing technology.

Job Requirements

2. Have systematic thinking and experience on software quality assurance. Able to establish systematic software quality control strategies and models in the face of complex situations, and have good landing practices;

3. Strong analysis and design capabilities, test framework R & D and solution integration capabilities; proficient in performance testing, automated testing, security testing and white box testing;

4. Excellent code implementation ability, proficient in one of the programming languages ​​such as JAVA, Python, and have actual project code experience;

5. Strong logical ability, active thinking, strong ability to accept new things; strong sense of responsibility, initiative, good communication, good teamwork ability.
