Job Description
1. Responsible for company user search experience optimization work, including search personalization sorting, guess what you want to search, related search and other algorithm development work.
2. Responsible for company content and user data mining, data analysis, and provide algorithm support for information retrieval and content recommendation.
Job Requirements
1. Familiar with the principles of machine learning related algorithms, and have practical application experience, experience in deep learning related algorithms is preferred.
2. Experience in the development of related algorithms such as content classification, content extraction, personalized sorting, and NLP related experience is preferred.
3. Master at least one development language such as python, java, scala.
4. Big data distributed platform such as spark, hive and other application experience is preferred.
5. Have good communication and teamwork skills, with an open and progressive Internet spirit.
6. Bachelor degree or above, three years or above work experience.
