ROLE SUMMARY
As the Senior SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing an organic program to acquire customers at scale, inclusive of a world class SEO program. You will lead the development, launch, and optimization of all organic initiatives. You will also partner closely with our paid acquisition team as well as our content and creative teams to drive quantifiable results in the form of top line growth and decreasing our customer acquisition cost.
What You’ll Do:
  • Create an organic growth strategy to substantially increase non paid traffic, signups, and revenue from all organic sources.
  • Manage SEO strategy spanning content & technical opportunities
  • Broader than SEO, you will develop multi-channel initiatives working with our PR, brand, social and content teams to drive interesting tactics to drive organic traffic.
  • Coordinate execution of organic growth initiatives with key cross-functional partners such as web development, product, content marketing, PR, and paid acquisition.
  • Set KPIs and tracking dashboards to monitor progress against your strategy over time
  • Build a deep understanding of the strategic role of organic growth among executive stakeholders, and share regular updates on your progress and impact.
  • Work directly with the head of marketing to strategically forecast organic growth, and how it plays into our holistic acquisition strategy and CAC goals.
  • Experiencing in managing dynamic teams inclusive of technical, creative and analytical skill sets.
You:
  • 7+ years of experience driving growth at a hyper scaling company by leveraging organic growth channels (preferably in-house SEO in D2C e-commerce)
  • Deep experience with SEO, spanning both technical and content
  • Extremely analytical and data-driven, with working knowledge of BI and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Mixpanel, SEMRush, MOZ _ Webmaster tools.
  • Strong executive communicator, able to synthesize complex strategies and clearly communicate impact
  • extensive knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms and ranking strategies, and passion to stay current news and trends in SEO and online marketing
  • Experience implementing successful large-scale SEO initiatives, including external link building, site architecture and international localization.
  • 4+ years of managing teams
