ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a work class consumer marketing leader to lead the acquisition strategy at an accelerated growth healthcare startup in one of the hottest spaces in technology. You will work with the VP of Marketing to develop data-driven and customer focused strategies to scale our new customer acquisition.
What You’ll Do:
● Track the core acquisition KPI’s on a day to day basis, making sure that the team is executing and optimizing in real time to hit goals and optimize top line sales and customer acquisition cost.
● Launch, test and optimize digital and offline channels to grow sales including: Paid Social, Paid Search, Direct Mail, OTT + Linear, Email, Affiliates, Referral and others.
● Identify new sources of customer acquisition through emerging platforms, partners, strategies and channels.
● Develop a roadmap for diversification and testing through marketing channels, promotional offers and messaging, and working with the CRO team to use A/B tests to test hypotheses
● Optimize planning and measurement strategies, including the definition of key performance metrics to improve customer acquisition cost and LTV
● Continuously improve our core acquisition channels through testing and continuously identify new ideas to optimize CAC
● Clearly communicate business needs; work with technology teams and vendors to build processes to enable customer targeting/segmentation, campaign execution and measurement at scale
● Provide input on models to define profitability and LTV of acquired customers, using data to refine strategy.
● Present and sell through key findings and future plans to Senior internal stakeholders
You: ● Have 8-10 years of experience in customer acquisition for a direct to consumer business.
● Thrive under daily triaging and fire-fighting.
● Scaled early stage companies to 200K+ customers.
● Expert in paid social, paid search, media buying and conversion optimization
● Have a diverse set of media buying experience across online + offline channels
● Understand customer lifecycle and how to optimize it
● Analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel, A/B testing) – experience optimizing marketing budgets and conversion funnels, gleaning actionable insights to drive growth
