ROLE SUMMARY
In this role, you will be driving our customer facing platforms forward and building solid user experiences. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer you’ll help in building high quality, maintainable software that will grow with the company, and spend a good deal of your time writing code.

In the first 3 months as an engineer you’ll:
- Help continue expanding the functionality of our platform.
- Design and implement a prototype telemedicine feature.
- Design robust security features to help us defend against external threats and keep our data safe.
What You’ll Do:
- Spend the majority of your time as an individual contributor directly designing and implementing solid, well tested, thorough code.
- Work directly on our consumer facing product, testing and iterating on improvements that drive value.
- Mentor other members of the team by pair programming and code reviews.
- Actively participate in the ideation and execution of product roadmap.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of engineering and product processes, such as continuous delivery and high quality automated testing.
- Communicate well across a range of audiences, from a small team to large enterprise customers.
- Work independently and solve tough problems with little guidance.
Your Education & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience building consumer-facing web applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Master’s degree a plus).
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Go, Python, PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Docker/Kubernetes/ECS.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment a plus.
What’s next:
- We’ll start with a 30 minute phone screen to make sure we’re a good fit.
- You will work through an at-home coding project which will take about 3 hours.
- You’ll meet and interview with the team, and talk through your project.
- We’ll give feedback at each point in the process!
