Title: Financial Analyst
What you’ll do day to day:

- Financial forecasting, reporting and KPI tracking
- Preparation of budget/variance analysis to ensure tracking to operating plan
- Analysis to support leadership reviews on overall business health
- Facilitate month-end close process with our accounting firm to ensure accurate reporting and cost categorization
- Manage accounts payable, including vendors, contractors, and other service providers
- Manage accounts receivable, handling both invoicing and tracking late payments
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive automation with scale and complexity
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis to lend strategic decision support
What we are looking for:

- 2 to 4 years business or financial analysis and reporting experience in a quantitative role
- High proficiency with data analysis and tools
- Demonstrated ability for process improvement
- Evidence of high reliability and discretion with confidential information
- Comfort moving forward with ambiguity
- Experience managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Track record of focus on process improvements and improved controls and workflows
- Comfort voicing decision risks to key stakeholders
