Job description

Peanut is on the hunt for a creative, proactive and data-driven Paid Social Acquisition Lead to own our user acquisition efforts across social media channels.

Strengthening our active user base and brand awareness, you’ll be responsible for leading our digital marketing campaigns, creative optimization and evaluating new opportunities for growth through cross-functional collaboration with our performance marketing, product, social, communications and data teams.

This is a hybrid role based in London, we’re also open to remote work and is ideal for someone who is passionate about mission-led businesses created for women.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, develop and maintain all aspects of User Acquisition on paid social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc); including channel management, audience building, media buying, creative ad ideation, and testing.
  • Analyzing campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Pulling and creating data reports and documents to showcase performance and provide in-depth analysis of results.
  • Help launch and guide user acquisition in new, exploratory markets and channels.
  • Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives, and knowledge sharing.

Job requirements

Who You Are:

  • Proven paid social experience with app acquisition or health-led brands
  • Track record working with key channels e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc
  • Familiar with Periscope, Tableau or an equivalent data visualization platform
  • You are comfortable with project management and stakeholder management, numbers and have a passion for processing and analyzing data
  • Ambitious and you love working towards growth targets in a fast paced startup
  • A source of knowledge regarding the latest developments in performance marketing
  • You are positive and tenacious with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a flexible approach
  • Familiar with Google Suite and design tools like Canva and Figma
