About the role

Kindbody is seeking a Member Engagement Marketing Director to lead the strategy and execution of creative engagement marketing campaigns that will accelerate enrollment and utilization of Kindbody’s fertility and family-building benefit. This will be done through a combination of content, events, virtual webinars, on-demand resources, email, digital, direct mail, and other channels with a focus on rigorous measurement of performance, testing, and optimization.

The perfect candidate is content-obsessed, data-obsessed, and customer-obsessed. This person must excel in both the analytical and creative sides of marketing – identifying new, innovative campaign themes, ideas, and opportunities. This role must also have out-of-this-world attention to detail and project management skills to manage cross-functional logistics of delivering seamless, delightful campaigns that move members to action, leave members wanting more, and uniquely differentiate Kindbody as a provider of both fertility benefits and fertility care.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute effective integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness of Kindbody among employee members (by providing assets/tools to our clients and partners) and by engaging among enrolled members
  • Create thoughtfully detailed and themed campaigns that include member webinars, on-demand resources, developing promotional and digital marketing assets to promote the campaign
    • Includes campaign emails, landing pages, and more
  • Collaboratively develop and manage our annual programming calendar for top employers with future monthly and quarterly campaigns that are sure to resonate with Kindbody member needs
  • Lead project plans for each campaign project, including logistics, timelines, and communication plans for getting the word out to employees and members, as well as internal Kindbody teams
  • Build on our webinar playbook to scale over time and own the start-to-finish planning and execution of eligible employee and member-facing webinars, including working cross-functionally to pull together all the pieces needed to put on a helpful and engaging webinar
  • Develop and execute on a testing framework (includes a/b testing) to consistently drive new learnings across the team and improve conversion rates of integrated campaigns shared with Customers, employees and Kindbody members
  • Build and maintain key growth KPIs; proactively track and evaluate campaign results against goals and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, CX and tech to test and scale new integrated campaign ideas

Desired Skills and Experience


  • Proven experience (6+ years) in marketing leadership roles, with a focus on growth marketing and customer acquisition in the healthcare or related industry
  • B2B2C experience strongly preferred (insurance or similar)
  • Experience with:
    • CRM, email, and marketing automation tools
    • Website & landing page tools/CMS
    • Analytics & reporting
    • Customer journey mapping
  • Strong writer and content creator
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketin
