Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize the company’s social channels to include a social media strategy that serves each audience, campaigns (organic and paid), spearhead a social media content calendar, and any effort that will increase the presence and engagement of the company’s presence.
  • Build and execute on strategies for executive’s social media channels that will drive thought leadership in the industry and keep the company top of mind.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the brand strategy and report on progress to stakeholders. Be able to pivot and try new ideas.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and lead social media listening and audience management.
  • Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
  • Supports content creation for additional initiatives and various campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with the communication team for announcements and campaigns

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation; in-house or at an agency
  • 3+ years of experience in b2b and b2b2c companies and healthcare
  • In depth knowledge of social media platforms and keeps up with the latest trends
  • Experience in creating social strategy, content, an editorial calendar, and campaigns (organic and paid) across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) that have increased the company’s traffic and overall visibility
  • Experience in developing a strategy for C-Suite and senior-level executives and able to execute on it
  • Preference to have experience with Sprout Social
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to speak knowledgeably with high-level executives internally and externally
  • Demonstrated experience in growing social media accounts and adeptness in social media platforms and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be nimble
  • Positive, optimistic, encouraging attitude with ability to motivate team members during periods of intense growth
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field

In compliance with New York City’s Wage Transparency Law, the annual salary [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $110,000 – $120,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
