About Revel
Revel (YC S19) is a community built exclusively for women over the age of 50. Once a member of our community, a Reveler has access to a wide range of events and gatherings happening continuously all around her, all of which are organized, hosted and attended by women her own age. Our community is made up of strong, dynamic women who are not letting society’s outdated notions of aging define them.

About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and detail-oriented individual to support our customer-facing and backend operational capabilities.
You’ll join our Membership team and report to our Head of Membership Coordination. Job tasks include putting up new events on our site, supporting pre- and post-event coordination between hosts and attendees, and managing our post-event surveys.
You’ll work remotely from anywhere in the United States and will have flexibility in setting your working hours.
Job Prerequisites (you should have some, but not necessarily all of these)
- At least 5 years experience working in a detail-oriented, administrative or customer service role.
- Ideally 2 years experience working directly with customers over the phone and email.
- Proficient with modern administrative tools (G-Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Plus: Experience working with Eventbrite
