Founded by Ida Tin, Clue is a VC-backed startup based in Berlin helping over 12 million people each month get insights into their reproductive health via our Android and iOS apps. We collaborate with world-leading universities and institutes to advance female health research with our dataset, and deliver essential education about health, periods, and sex via our website, helloclue.com.

We are currently searching for an empathetic and experienced Head of People & Culture to join our team in Berlin. We are keen to care for Clue’s unique company culture while growing and professionalizing as a company.
The person in this role will act as a strategic business partner and an employee advocate. You will shape the People & Culture strategy and will operationalize it together with the People and the Management Teams.
ROLE
- Define people strategy in-line with organizational objectives and culture, building the appropriate people plans and leading their execution
- Design and implement a best-in-class people experience across the entire employee life cycle
- Anticipate growth and training needs for the entire team and address accordingly, identifying and developing emerging leaders
- Drive the development and implementation of a learning & development mindset and related processes
- Own continuous development of Clue’s compensation and benefits model that is aligned with our values and culture
- Support employer branding and talent recruitment
- Responsible for internal communication on people-related topics
ABOUT YOU
- 7+ years of People/HR experience, having supported teams of 50+ people
- Passion for creating a workplace aligned with Clue culture: Purpose driven, emotional & relational intelligence and result oriented
- Understand the cause-and-effect relationships between business priorities, organizational design, and talent strategy
- Able to partner with and influence all levels of the organization through trusting, respectful, and collaborative relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of German labor law and regulations
- Fluent in both English, Clue’s company language, as well as German
