We’d love to hear from you if you’re ready for a new challenge too. • About the Role * We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to support with &SISTERS’ expansion across the UK and internationally. Having established ourselves in well-recognised, well-established retailers such as ASOS, WH Smith and Booths, we’re ready for a Business Development Manager to join ranks with our Head of Sales to take our amazing portfolio of accounts to the next level and sky-rocket our brand forward! This role will be a mixture of Account Management and New Business Development! Working closely with our trusted UK-based wholesalers; you will be responsible for optimising workflows to ensure we’re winning new business and expanding our nationwide distribution network to drive month on month growth. You will take ownership of our quick commerce accounts such as Gorillas (internationally) as well as a breadth of UK-based accounts (online and in-store). You will also support our Head of Sales in furthering our international rollout plan. Having launched &SISTERS into 25+ countries, you will be responsible for winning new wholesale accounts across these markets to maximise opportunities across the globe! Working in an emerging start-up brings a lot of new challenges and responsibility. You will work closely with both our operations and trade marketing team to suggest POS ideas and scale-up plans, so we’re looking for someone who not only thrives in winning new business, but who also loves dipping their toes into creative marketing briefs and in crunching numbers for commercial proposals. Joining &SISTERS will provide you with a platform for a ton of learning, autonomy and cross functional collaboration. No pigeon-holing here! • About you * MUST HAVES • You have between 2 – 5 years’ experience in sales & account management • Proven experience in managing large volumes of accounts, spinning plates comes naturally to you! • Previous experience in a start-up / emerging start-up environment • Experience working cross functionally between sales, operations and marketing • Experience (and love for) building and designing marketing support plans with retailers • Data-driven: You can crunch the numbers to build commercial proposals, understanding margins etc • Strong attention to detail: you are incredibly organised with a desire to challenge the status quo and continually optimise workflows • You’re a people person: you thrive in building and nurturing relationships • Excellent written and spoken English • Passion for joining a sustainability driven start-up!
