Project Manager

We are a medical AI startup, aiming to assist the embryo grading task of the in-vitro fertilization (IVF) procedure using deep-learning-based product.

We are looking for a full time position an experienced Project Manager to join our Product team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall execution of complex projects, ensuring successful delivery, within scope, schedule, and budget in the medical hi-tech industry. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and be responsible for ensuring projects are completed to meet business objectives.

• Develop and maintain project scope, schedule, and budget from ideation to market launch for different line of products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
• Develop and maintain project management plans using project management software tools to track project progress
• Lead risk management activities, identify and mitigate risks
• Facilitate team meetings, monitor team progress and provide updates to senior management
• Establish effective communication channels with all stakeholders, ensure effective communication throughout projects
• Regularly report project status to the project steering committee and senior management
• Manage the project budget, schedule, and resources effectively
• Ensure quality standards are met for product development and launch

• 3-5 years of experience in project management in startup + agile
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a highly regulated environment
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data, define problems and opportunities, and develop solutions to complex projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
