About the Role
As the Mobile Quality Assurance (QA) Tester, you’ll champion the quality of the mobile applications we deliver to our clients and users. You will also lead the testing of client
configurations and integrations, as well as the testing of our content management system. This
role requires experience across all QA functions, including: test strategy and plan creation,
regression testing, performance testing, test environment management, functionality &
usability testing, bug reporting, and tracking bug closure. You will work cross-functionally with
our client services team, product team, and engineers, in a variety of ways to gain deep
exposure to all aspects of our company.

Responsibilities:
● Ownership of manual test cases and test case execution and test plans
● Participate in the planning and execution of testing during all phases of Quality
Assurance, e.g. different test environments, post-production testing.
● Investigate and recreate reported defects
● Understand test data needs for mobile applications and create plans to ensure
required test data is available when test execution begins for each phase, and in each
environment
● Define and track QA metrics including coverage, quality & performance
● Maintain existing QA tools while becoming a key driver of helping set up automation
tools and assist with the management of automated tests
● Gather and report metrics on scenario execution progress and defects opened during
execution
● Ensure that the highest-level quality of testing performed by the QA team remains
strong while being able to manage additional tasks
● Effectively communicate the status of specific projects across teams, highlighting
issues or conflicts between teams
● Mobile testing experience on Android / iOS devices
● Web experience and ability to debug web apps using web debugging tools

About You:

● You are a self-starter, and can independently manage your workload.
● You have 1-2 years of experience in software development, quality assurance, or other
related fields.
● You have strong root-cause analysis skills.
● You pay strong attention to details and deadlines.
● You have a demonstrated understanding and passion for healthcare and/or mobile
health products.
● You are familiar with best practices in user flows and user experience.
● You are familiar with accessibility testing for mobile apps and standard accessibility
guidelines.
