What we’re looking for

We are seeking a high-impact, analytical Head of Marketing to join our cause, who will lead the marketing team in growing and strengthening the brand’s reach, revenue, and relationships. You’ll think through and set the plan of action for driving brand awareness and member acquisition. You will work closely with product, clinical operations, engineering and business development to ensure our tech-enabled solutions reach and support the right people at the right time.

You will be a key member of our team as you:

Responsibilities

  • Build a marketing strategy and planning process focused on growth
  • Create and execute multi-channel, paid and organic marketing campaigns, including product marketing, digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SMS and events to generate and nurture leads, ultimately increasing member engagement
  • Track, analyze, and deconstruct marketing performance data on a daily basis to find drivers and make real time, data-supported decisions
  • Serve as a champion of an excellent member experience, leveraging customer feedback to manage and maximize private online member communities
  • Establish and implement consistent and high brand standards for the company
  • Ensure any external-facing employees are adequately trained to represent the organization and strengthen brand partnerships
  • Oversee PR efforts
  • Lead, collaborate with, support and mentor the marketing team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support the development and management of the company’s website and other digital assets to ensure consistency across channels
  • Stay up to date with the competitive landscape and leverage insights to ideate new growth opportunities and drive differentiation of our offerings
Who we’re looking for

Professional Characteristics

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years management/leadership experience
  • Expertise in data analysis tools including advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Proficiency in performance marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business, email marketing platforms, etc. with the ability to guide optimization, A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, optimize cost per acquisition costs, and spend scaling tests on campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing tactics that drive revenue
  • Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social medial, email marketing, content marketing and automations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate to various audiences
  • Understanding of our industry: fertility, infertility, egg freezing, egg donation
  • Previous high-growth startup experience is a plus
  • Previous healthcare or consumer experience is a plus
